Chad Yingling, CEO

Chad has been in the sales industry for 20 years. The last 8 years he has specialized in the exterior remodeling industry.  

Growing up in the construction industry, his grandfather James Paglia was a local Harford County custom home builder who owned and operated Harco Builders. Chad has many years of experience helping assist him build these homes.  Owning a business was always the goal, so Chad finally decided it was time to start his own business in the roofing and remodeling industry. 

When Chad isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his daughter Jamisen, his son Brixton, fishing, and going to the beach.
